Saudi Telecom introduces the Sam3ni Tadawul service for it’s customers using the first Voice Portal in the Region

Saudi Telecom launched for the first time in the Kingdom and the Middle East (Sam3ni Tadawul) service.  This new service will allow STC customers to enjoy a simple and easy way to access stock market, in addition to capital market around the hour via automated voice service from any landline or mobile phone by calling (1402).
Eng. Saud Al Duweish President for Saudi Telecom said: the launch of this service is a new achievement from Saudi Telecom for being the first in providing new automated voice service through the first voice portal in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.  This service will provide help to a wide range of customers who cannot use the computers and internet to obtain market information in an easy way.
“Nevertheless,  this service will allow customers to get quick updates  about the stocks and capital market starting from stock prices,  market summary,  market news, the most active stocks in terms of  quantity and value ,as well as many other information only by calling (1402) and use the automated voice service.” Al Duweish added.

It is worth mention that Saudi Telecom launched the sam3ni service in July 2008 for the first time in the region.  This service allowed customers to access important and useful information through the automated voice service covering a many different areas such as: news, religious programs, culture, sports, economic, world, and entertainment around the clock.
It is noteworthy that this service witnessed significant customer satisfaction for being one of the most advanced services launched lately, and which is considered to be the first of its kind in the region using a portal voice service. , confirming that STC has a constant development plan to provide the latest and modern technologies for customers.
